The site, its database and the files attached by citizens live on a dedicated server, rented and administered by the office, which alone holds the keys to it.
Exchanges with the site are encrypted, and attachments never open without a check. No other provider hosts, copies or exploits this data: no audience measurement service, no advertising network, no third-party storage.
Cases are read only by the office staff, from the office itself, in Tlemcen.
What this site does
It presents the work of the MP and of the office, and it lets you file a complaint or a request for administrative support, then follow how it is handled.
The office receives cases, examines them and takes them to the competent administrations. It is not an administration and does not stand in for any State service: it issues no official document and decides in no one's place.
Filing is free, and no payment is ever requested on this site.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and graphic elements published by the office belong to it or are published with their authors' agreement; they may be reused for information purposes provided the source is cited.
The emblems of the National People's Assembly and of the National Democratic Rally remain the property of those institutions.
